Anti aging creams and lotions, wrinkle repair and fillers, and even anti aging diets and exercises appear everywhere. With more and more baby boomers in their 50s and early 60s approaching 65, it isn’t any wonder these make the news with new anti aging remedies to buy coming out every day hoping to find a place in this growing market.

By 2029, all baby boomers will be 65 or older but very few of them want to look their ages. But it’s not just the baby boomer generation wanting to look their best and to fend off the changes the years make. Even people in their 30s and 40s are taking advantage of all the new technology and anti aging remedies available.

The Good Housekeeping Institute used over 800 women to test out 90 off the shelf products over eighteen months. Using before and after pictures as well as complexion machines that count the wrinkles on a participant’s face, they came up with some of the best products in several categories.

But technology is also coming to the rescue with such things as non surgical facelifts and non surgical fat removers.

The facelift method uses a device called the Ulthera. It uses ultrasound to urge the skin to rejuvenate and build new collagen for a firmer looking face. It takes about two to three months for the full affects to be seen.

The other technological device is the Zeltiq CoolSculpting device to remove fat. No liposuction here. This device freezes fat cells which kills them and the body removes them over time. This, too, is a process that takes place over time. The benefit here is that the fat will slowly disappear leaving no one the wiser to your anti aging remedy.

However, this is just for removing those stubborn places that are hard to get fat off of as you age. It’s not for severely overweight or obese people.
